Michael Brown

 

Michael E. Brown is the owner of GOTB Consulting based in Chicago, IL where he has devoted 90 percent of his practice to governmental-municipal consulting and lobbying for 18 years.  He has extensive experience in unusual and innovative solutions for businesses that work in the governmental space.  His recent activities include Lead Contract Negotiator on the $800 Million Rail Extension at O’Hare International Airport, Lead Lobbyist and Lead Contract Negotiator on the $400 Million Chicago Department of Water Lateral Redevelopment, the Illinois Legislative Assembly and other Public Officials to suppress the implementation of a ban on P3/Public Private Partnerships, consultant to Cook County Commission on reduction of duplicitous Administrative Officials and other unusual Political assistance to Commissions, Councils, Boards and Administrations.

Brown is a primary lobbyist for private sector businesses, governments/governmental departments and municipal clients.  Politically and socially active- Michael focuses on “Good Government” and healthier social-economic solutions for safe and successful neighborhoods.  Brown is a frequent speaker at governmental and municipal functions and serves on the Board of the March of Dimes.  He lives in Chicago, Illinois, is interested in bluegrass music and is trying to learn to play the piano.
