How it works

What to have ready

  • The full solicitation, including specs and bid forms, and all addenda issued to date
  • Your draft bid form, or your quote
  • DBE utilization and participation forms (draft), plus sub quotes and letters of intent if you are the prime
  • Your good-faith-efforts log and outreach records, if the goal is not met
  • Certification letter, prequalification, licenses, insurance certificates and bid bond info (if required)
